A two-day (January 7th and 8th) exhibition is planned as a technology showcase to meet the challenges of site investigations, laboratory and field tests, analyses, designs and constructions associated with rock engineering structures. The exhibition venue is Holiday Inn Palo Verde Hotel. The cost for an exhibition area is US$ 1000. It includes admission to all conference sessions, daily lunches, tea/coffee break refreshments, conference materials and conference banquet for 1 person. In addition, the exhibitors will receive the following:

  • Listing as Exhibitor in Conference Program and on Conference Website.
  • A 50-word paragraph in the Conference Program.
  • Exhibitor Logo on the Conference Website with a link to your website.
  • One electronic copy of the attendance list to be provided after the event.

Each exhibition area of approximate size of 10 feet x 8 feet will receive the following:

  • 1 Draped table (6ft. x 2ft.)
  • 2 Chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 7 in. x 24 in. ID sign

Over the course of the conference, strategically positioned exhibition areas ensure delegates and speakers have every opportunity to visit you and your company representatives during refreshment and lunch breaks. Apart from the international exposure to prospective exhibitor products and services under one roof, exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to spread their network in the region, find new joint ventures and profit from the growing business associated with construction of rock engineering infrastructure.
